Suginami is the decedent of the Suginami 50 years later in D.C. and D.C.S.S. He looks and acts exactly like the "old" Suginami, but doesn't seem to retain the latter's memories.
He also appear in Da Capo: Girl's Symphony alongside Nanaka Shirakawa and Junichi Asakura.
